Nyx woke up bright and early she had been part of her birth pack now for a few weeks. Though she couldn't truly remember the days when she spent her pup hood here it was comfortable knowing that this was where her mother had been born. Her father had joined after meeting her mother. But as soon as her mom had died he had taken his two remaining pups and left and never returned. He along with her brother now led a pack of their own but she would never go back. This was her pack now, and being part of her birth pack again felt good.
Giving her head a shake she turned and headed out to do some hunting. It was still pretty early so the few wolves that where part of the pack where still asleep. Though it would be nice to hunt with someone she wouldn't wake someone up just to have a hunting partner to keep her company. As she quietly made her way out of camp she came to a stop when she heard a small thump from behind her. Turning she looked around but saw no one. "Who's there?"
